I like this one. I don't own any MBW but this could be a 1 and done for my walls. I like large prints too.

I agree, best MBW release since 2008. But I'm also guessing several editions ranging from 650-1200. Anybody want to poster buddy me? My wedding is the 21st so I'll be running nuts.

Probably the same ones that'll have people producing cheap Chinese knockoffs of their works for sale at Bed, Bath and Beyond in a couple of years.rmoore wrote:What musicians release greatest hits albums in their prime?
When stressed about getting a drop, just remember: it will decay into the same organic matter as inevitably as your rotting corpse no matter how much museum glass you put in front of it.

True, looks like he has "Jumped the Shark."

MBW should have staggered Chaplain, Einstein, doggie and the spray paint cans so that they did not appear to be the signal strength bars on a cell phone. The increased size of each thing as you go from left to right throws off the vibe of the piece. The foreground is too symmetrical and predictable while the background is nice and random. The whole thing should have been random shapes, sizes and colors.

The only adult in that video is a black guy hanging out with the whitest 12 year olds on the planet.

I like it and assuming I can afford the sticker price will try for it. Reminds me of the two piece when you first entered icons - of course, with more goodies.
it does not seem like he has done anything new in a long time. his stuff is so one note...feels like i keep seeing the same over and over again...
i guess that is true for a lot of the art/street or otherwise...
the more i look at art, i keep seeing people copying one another and lowbrow/street all has the same elements and styles and i am ready for something new!

let's stop hyping his work so he can pass the savings to his collectors. i noticed the more people hype on his products the more he's charging his customers. so this print ain't all that. he stopped making interesting works of art ever since he copied Wool.

yeah, what to one is repetition, another claims as style. I get what you saying though. hell, Obey was build on repetition of image and nothing against Mccarthy, guy obviously has talent, but i would have run out of interesting ways to landscape by now (just shows he's better than me).Illmatick wrote:it does not seem like he has done anything new in a long time. his stuff is so one note...feels like i keep seeing the same over and over again...
