They always take the old one down about an hour prior to the new drop.

That question reminds me of last years election, the Tea Party got a hold of the Democratic voter roll and sent out literature telling democrats that due to the anticipated high-voter turnout that Tea Party members and Republicans would vote on Tuesday and Democracts would vote on Wednesday...

So, here is the deal, if you are a e-bay flipper, the drop is on Friday...for collectors, its on Thursday...
