Also just got mine. Why do these weigh 3.0 lbs? Is it due to the tube or do u think there will be an extra V-DAY present from MBW?

Because his tubes are MASSIVE. He uses nice tubes and packages his prints well. I will give him that!

That's because EB trained them- it wasn't always like this.

MBW started out shipping prints in those flimsy shipping triangles- no craft paper, no tube, no freebies, no nothin.

Not true. He shipped his first prints in tubes that were stenciled with MBW and had paint splatters on them.

Hmmmmm........ I thought those were stage 2? But he might have gone from stencils to the triangles- trust ya.

No freebies in those tubes and no triangle now.....

Phish- you are correct. It went from tubes, to triangles, back to tubes. My Kids Kissing showed up in a triangle. Fortunately it was wrapped in kraft paper. I was shocked the print didn't receive any damage in transit.

It's all about the love of poster collecting

Ducked 3 bullets with those triangles - hard to forget. Only have 1 MBW tube which I still treasure. 8)
