They probably can't get into their own site to send the email newsletter or put the product up because nobody expected thousands of people to pound the site for twenty prints when they smartly announced the time.

Having a site that could handle the traffic or farming it out to someone who could would have made the most sense... now you've got a couple thousand people anxiously checking their email and trying to get the site to load for the next hour or so....

Cripe, in comparison to this, I love Obey's 'random drops'.... at least I know I missed out, this is going to bug me for hours....
