Did they just send that out to everyone who hasn't been shipped the poster yet or just the people who emailed to ask?

I'm thinking it went to everyone who didn't receive a poster yet, cause I have yet to receive a poster but did get an email and there were plenty of other email addresses on it...
Deserves got nothing to do with it.

Hi John,

I will put yours aside until after Thanksgiving if you like, we are
planning to ship in 3 inch diameter tubes. Sorry for the delay, thanks
for the note.

Original email went out to ~45 people. Not sure if all ordered the EMEK print. Does that mean there will only be around 40-50 (near) mint copies of this?

Sounds like it... I don't know how everyone else with a damaged poster feels, but I get at least a slight bit of satisfaction thinking my complaints may have helped a few peeps get an undamaged poster. I admittedly didn't act for that specific reason, but it's nice to know that the side effect may be a good one. Now, if everyone who gets an undamaged poster will Paypal me $5 (a miniscule sum), I may have enough money to purchase one from a flipper.
I always defer to someone who's wearing a beater, regardless of what else he's wearing.

Thanks for the efforts Rick... It is very comforting to know that I may actually get an undamaged poster from idiots who don't know how to package them correctly!

Optimism is high! Not as high as I'll be at Mike Gordon tonight, but high nonetheless ;)

Now we all just need to hope these prints weren't pre-packaged and they aren't taking them out of tubes to put into new tubes......

I ordered separartely but only received 1 email- another concern.

Mine arrived today In Montreal. Wood edition with a few roll bends but I'm sure they will flatten out in time.
I really like this one

Got mine today too, in Norway. I also got the wood variant.

I have no idea how I got it out of that tube in one piece. The low expectations might have had something to do with it, I was convinced it allready would be destroyed so I just ripped the tube to shreds. It obviously had a couple of rollbends, nothing that won't flatten/frame out. Guess I was lucky.

Must say I like this print a lot better than I expected. Very happy with it actually :pint:

I just got my two in Toronto (both wood). Probably from the first shipment. Both posters rolled into that tiny tube. Still though, aside from being tightly wound, they seem have made it with hardly any damage. No roll bends/creases. I've got a nice wood version to trade for a reg if anyone is interested. Looking for #30.
