I like the use of a thin black frame. It matches up well with the black inside border of the image.

My thinking has been that I don't want glass to detract from the visual experience.
I'm still checking out what I can do in the way of ahering hooks to the back of the metal, and then stringing wire between the hooks and hanging it without any visible distraction.

I decided to leave the glass on mine, but got some thin spacers so that the metal sits away from the glass. Looks fantastic!

You can buy corner mounts with padding that you can slide the corners of the metal into and have it hang that way
