Timed out....back to cart....nothing loading....

Same here. The page wasn't loaded all the way, just a white background and couldn't click submit. I pressed it anyways and about a minute later the order processed page came up.

dropped on the payment submission page.

WTF cant get passed paypal.

same here, but i just got a payment confirmation from paypal. i think im good.

im stuck on the paypal/obey page. for like 5 min now
