They are awesome at it. Biggest tube I've ever seen w/ ample craft paper. At least that's how it was with the Kobe glossy offset posters (ed. of 1000).

I bought the Kobe print from UD a while back. They originally shipped it without kraft paper, just stuffed into a really crappy, thin tube. It came damaged and the edges were already jacked up from lack of care while packing. I called and gave them a piece of my mind and they immediately (and very kindly) offered to replace it for me. I sent it back (they paid for return shipping)and they reprinted it for me (same number and all). I had to wait a couple months though for Kobe to come in and resign it. The next time I received it, it was double tubed with kraft paper and bubble wrap. The best part of the whole ordeal though, Kobe actually signed it like 3 times bigger this time around than he originally had. I ended up being a very happy camper.

Weird drop. Everyone had it so ez. I was on the site at about 12:15 and only 6 items were listed, not the 18/24s. I checked back and they were still not up. Yet I read some posts that state they were buying them at that time. Wassup?
Then I came back from work and all was lost. I really wanted the HOF. Anyone willing to part with theirs?

I just recently had my credit card cancelled due to 2 unauthorized purchases in California (I live in Ohio) 2 days ago. These Upper Deck prints were the last things that I bought online :(
