i was just wondering the same thing?
The Offset Campaign Edition wasn't signed though, so it shouldn't go under that. It's strictly it's own category I think.
Someone sold one today though under the 'Fundraiser' option:

The average punter on ebay is truly bewildered at this point.

What's wrong with that?
just your average obama supporting shepard fairey fan that doesnt believe all people should have the right to marry.
Seriously...what's with the need to impose your discrimantory values. Buy it or not and keep your woodshed values to yourself. Prop 8 no is fine by me.

Lets end this now:

Given away at A Fundraiser Party for Obama at @ Echoplex in Los Angeles, CA on 08/01/08
First 100 arrivals received Obey’s Obama “HOPE” poster. All proceeds go to the Obama Campaign.
More of these were signed and given away at fundraisers in San Francisco during the White Walls show.
A limited number of these were signed by Shepard Fairey and sold on Obeygiant.com on 11/10. From Obeygiant.com:

If I can sell mine for $3500, let's put it under the Fundraiser edition then.

" The proceeds of these posters will be going to efforts to reverse Proposition 8 in California."
this should be labeled in the database as the proposition 8 edition!

The one earlier today was to benefit the ACLU.
On the Giant, they're trying to get some info as to how many dropped over the two sessions.

what is confusing about it...
you bought and 24X36 Obama Hope poster, it is signed and not numbered, it is printed on thin paper and is of the litho type not a screen print
it cost you $40 so enjoy

Either sale, Obama Hope prints were for sale; I think you're okay.
