See my photos above, unfortunately.
I meant what shipping company

Unfortunately the front page of the site linked to the UK version. I would have much rather dealt with a state side order

was there tracking on those deliveries
it might be a suggestion to claim never got the package vs damage for an easier chargeback
music today deserves every charge for being this stupid

Gotcha. Mine was delivered by USPS. In terms of point of origin... France? At least it was the return address.

According to the 'delivery dispatch' email I received two weeks ago, no tracking would be available.

the triangular box they shipped the silver edition would not survive even local shipping, much more international. and the box was exactly on the edge -- no wiggle room.

i sent request for a refund and still waiting for their feedback.

the packaging was very irresponsible.

ugh sounds like I had the same troubles as everyone. Received it in the triangle tube, tape on the back of the print, and slight slight corner dings. I emailed them earlier as well. i can't believe it made it to AZ in a triangle tube.

Mine shipped from the US (cuz I clicked the right link) and was allegedly handed over to the post office by UPS on the 12th. Neither UPS nor the post office have any idea where it is. Oof.

EDIT: And just like that, it's delivered (allegedly).

Silver showed today from the UK store. And it was pretty banged up. Tissue paper only, all sorts of flat spots in the roll. Looks like a flat tire. And the lower left corner is folded over twice.
Sent them an email so we'll see what happens

Received my (US) Silver 2 weeks ago with a dent in the tube which creased the print since it was a loose roll. I contacted GeorgeHarrisonShop/Bravado numerous times with pictures and have yet to receive a response.

Almost exact same damage from the UK in a triangular box. Crazy.
