So I put a reversal on the transfer yesterday because I got an automated email two days ago saying they hadn't received my transfer and that if they didn't get it by Friday (today) at 5pm I would be forfeiting my $300 dollar deposit.
Someone from KAWS finally got in touch with me. No explanation as to why it was so hard to get in touch with anyone, just an apology.
Turns out it was my fault for sending the money as a ACH transfer (whatever the hell that is) instead of a wire transfer. They apparently had trouble matching up my transfer to my name.
Anyway everything is sorted out and the print should be shipping out today.
