i will believe in this and hope my 1 order gets upheld.bryndavies wrote:im not a computer person whatsoever, but is it possible for obey to know if more than (edit) one order was placed from the same IP address? if so, that could account for some of these reported refunds.

i've always thought they determine refunds on oversells by order number. they have/allot a certain amount, any order number over that amount gets refunded. i would think a simple computer program could even figure it out and send the refund emails. not sure what this last/first name stuff is about.

single order here. no refund. no shipping. sharing IPs is pretty commonplace these days

That should be easy enough for them to do. However, I only ordered a single copy, no additional PP accounts etc, but I still got refunded.bryndavies wrote:im not a computer person whatsoever, but is it possible for obey to know if more than two orders were placed from the same IP address? if so, that could account for some of these reported refunds.
It wasn't listed, and I've never sold any others for that matter either (unless a few previous people I PB'd for did). So it doesn't seem to make sense.
