Its Dennis Morris , not Dean.
He did a lot of photos back in the 1970s and onwards for the Sex pistols , Bob Marley etc ....mostly they were published in the UK music papers of the day , New Musical Express , Melody Maker , Sounds etc and as the years have passed a lot of them have become iconic images of the time.
Check out his website , youll recognise a lot of his work from there , its really easy to navigate and lots of great images there.

I emailed the gallery and got a reponse of "around $80" and when I asked about run size "first come, first served" was the response I got so maybe small run?nrgball wrote:150 in person
The rest released online at another time. I'm not sure of the edition size but I believe its 400. Sheer speculation though

This just means the staff of Known Gallery will buy them all up before the release in person. Happened with the Hello Kitty print, we were on the VIP list, many were still available and even noticeable to the eye, and instead, the really rude heavy set angry woman behind the counter decided they were to be held only for the staff and others. People waited outside all day for hours in the hot sun which were falsely led into believing prints would be available. Then from what I noticed, the staff and that lady, sold them all on Ebay one at a time. Lame, cheap, I would not step into Known gallery again, they are really bad at this art game! Wonder why Fairey would do another release with them, they were just so bad last time and I do not think they deserve another shot, so many other Galleries in So Cal that would do a much much better job. If you are planning on going, you will want to be in line all day long just for the shot of buying one instead of a staff member. Really do not like that gallery if you can't tell from this post. In terms of shadiness, they have taken the cake! By the way, I have been to most galleries in So Cal, so this statement comes with some pretty strong experiences.ClaytonHopper wrote:I emailed the gallery and got a reponse of "around $80" and when I asked about run size "first come, first served" was the response I got so maybe small run?nrgball wrote:150 in person
