my first Keyes print...easy grab for me...really diggin this one since im so into SCUBA and its history....to bad no hermit crab on earth could lift one of those old diving helmets, those things way a ton!...ive actually tried one on....not even the massive coconut crabs could make one budge....but still great fudge all around, really cool, meaningful image.

I did not even know they could get that big which was a turn off but looks like some can get pretty large so says google images ... This was not the largest one I found in my search but is the coolest one due to this small child's expression

How long did it take them to reply to your email about your damaged prints? I emailed them on Thursday and haven't heard back yet.admhall wrote:Well I have my replacment prints on the way hope they show up undamaged.

Thanks ahead of time! Neil
The original prints I got from TS came damaged. Emailed them and they wrote back minutes later. Got my replacements today and they are undamaged. I used the email you linked to. They couldn't of handled it better, in my case at least. The replacement prints were not the same number as the original ones unfortunately.
Took them about a day to respond. After the got my damaged print they refunded the shipping charge and sent one out. Pretty happy with there customer service. One time I am glad it was a timed edition. Replacments are not a problemKNEEL13 wrote:How long did it take them to reply to your email about your damaged prints? I've also been waiting a few days without response. I was a little irritated yesterday when I got the email about their next release instead.KNEEL13 wrote:How long did it take them to reply to your email about your damaged prints? I heard from them today. They said they had sent out replacements on Monday but had forgotten to email me. Hopefully you're in the same boat.KSUvet wrote:I've also been waiting a few days without response. I was a little irritated yesterday when I got the email about their next release instead.

Did shipping confirmations go out for these? Would like to see these in person but haven't heard anything.
