I don't think I even went off this bad when I was refunded on the Obey Celebration drop a week after the drop.

I was pissed about that too, but I didn't threaten to boycott Fairey. It sucked big time, but it happens. I got a white screen on the EMEK WSP a couple weeks ago instead of a PayPal button. I'd never had that problem before, but I'm not boycotting EMEK either.

It's funny some of you have all day to vent about this and make FTC reports (what a joke), yet you're complaining about missing 20 minutes of your day.

If I can insert a little niceness into this thread, I'd like to send out a huge public thank you to binky79 for hooking me up with a regular. Binky's trying really, really hard to unseat Billy and GBD as nicest guy on the board and I can't thank him enough.

As for the drop, I was as bummed as anyone but fudge happens. DHM came on and apologized and that's good enough for me.

I have already reported them to the FTC for violation of Can Spam Act. They will be psyched when they get hit with a $16K fine for failing to put opt out's on messages that advertise the sale of goods and failing to disclose their physical location on the same emails. and guess what, they won't be able to blame someone else:

I was one of the unlucky, unhappy ones who stared at "Coming Soon" for entirely too long today. Never laid eyes on a for sale button. Tried everything, from refreshing the page 17 gazillion times, to trying different browsers, to restarting my computer. Would be lying if I said I wasn't upset at 12:35 EDT today.

Oh well. I'm a huge Metropolis fan and was looking forward to this working out. I know I'm late to the loser party, but just got home from work, so thought I'd weigh in. If anyone has an extra poster coming their way that they'd be willing to part with, please PM me. Thanks!

WHo wants to be yelled at all day. They are not shady, they are actually really good at shipping and such. They resent 100s of COA for the Beatles b/c a few people reported problems. They contacted everyone that bought one and asked if they needed to reprint it. This company cares about the buyers. You think they control the interenets? Like they wanted to do this to everyone.

This drop was smaller than Mondo yesterday or Fairey numbers almost any day and Fairey's site is worse than this, some folks didn't get buy option for Acedia, it happens. All this whining is driving up the prices in the second market. Stoicism wins the day.
