the tube used was substandard, mondo uses better to ship a 40 movie poster. they were wrapped with craft but not taped to the inside of the tube to prevent shifting, or alternatively taping the rolled print to allow some space.

they needed more/better kraft paper
they needed tape (no one wants a a print pressed up against a tube)
they needed better tubes
basically ONLY thing they did right was tissue paper

That post was not that confusing. For the record the tissue paper saved my print, sorry others had worse luck

they definitely can do a better job packing those prints especially when they are asking 30 dollars to ship a tube shipped within NYC.
