It must be embarrassing to both wannabe an art connoisseur while simultaneously holding the perspective that ripped giclees re-collaged is valueless or not-art.

It's like when you're trying to enjoy a modern art museum but teenagers keep blurting out things like "LOL ITS JUST CIRCLES WTF HAHAHA"

Looks like, more than being shallow morons, it's more about getting assmad over vendettas and dramarama over the artist and/or his fans. Barely less pathetic.

This is harsh, but underneath that harshness is another level of harshness. But underneath THAT level, is a kernel of truth.

The artist may be an a-hole (or may he isn't, I don't really care), but the argument that he is ripping off his fans is a little bit much, especially given the hobby that we have chosen.

Finally, one of the last artists to post here has been run off.
I can't think of a better outcome for a site struggling to attract participants. Maybe it can be widdled down to just Code Blue "duke" posts and EGT
plus Juan for any ink that touches paper. That will drive membership and participation. I know self reflection is hard but MM may not be the classless asshole here.

To my fans in this thread, thank you for your support and encouragement all these years, it means the world to me and I appreciate the hell out of you. For real.

To all the haters in this thread. I've honestly never ran into this kind of hostility in my entire life. None of y'all know me, but you must really hate my art, or some comment I made at some point, and that's fine. You just keep sitting on the sidelines anonymously spectating, talking fudge, but the reality is not one of you has ever had the gall to say any of this to my face, not once. Some of you, too cowardly to even stand in line with your wives to buy stuff from my booth...

Anyways, This will be my last post on this forum. Bye.
HAHAHAH good drymounting riddance ya chump. Let's hope you stick to it. Too drymounting funny that a couple of comments gets you to run and hide.

What a tool; Leaves on a "come up and say it to my face" combined with a wife insult. Pure drymounting class.
I'm not someone else.

Fun read. I searched my own post history (why would anyone do that) and found this gem from Oct 2014:

I find Mike Mitchell's posts on EB to be far more annoying and infuriating than any troll

I remember that time MM melted down over cart hoarders and how much EB sucks... in his own thread... on EB... when the issue was actually with his store. Actually I'm struggling to remember MM commenting on anything other than how much he hates EB

What a cool guy.
Dude's always been a net negative on this forum

I just read all this drama. Yowzers. I don’t know Mike personally so I won’t bash his character but it seems hypocritical for him to be gasping at EB comments against his art when he’s made some pretty disparaging comments on social media about other artists. At the end of the day...if you make money...keep on trucking?

Mike be like, "Capitalism is bad! Yay Socialist!" while selling thousands of pieces of art that potentially takes him a single day to create. And his BLM talk had me walking away from him, he comes off like a lose cannon lunatic that sides with anarchist and is okay when they destroy black owned business by the hundreds. His mind is warped. Cognitive dissonance to the fullest extent. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

I need a colab between Mike Meechael and Talkingdeads. A skully/dick drawing hybrid drymounting tote bag. I'll buy all sorts of organic fudge and fruits and house them in that junk. Don't be a puss Mike.
