There is a difference between portraying, satirizing, and glorifying
Hitler is in a superhero pose here
Satire? I guess
Not very obvious though

I am talking about the Holocaust, i have actually no clue what you're talking about.

other than accusing me of dick measuring over holocaust survivors.

poor form dude.
Not really....you don't like Mike Mitchell, which is fine. You didn't say fudge about Stout, Kozik, Jermaine, Print Mafia, Mel Brooks or anyone else that has may portray Hitler though. You also assume noone else here has been affected by the holocaust, and everyone should act a certain way about it. You might find alot of the comedy about it comes from the people that were affected most by it. I guess this would be alot more offensive if it wasn't called Super Dicks and maybe raised money for neo nazis.

Let me speak to your example.

IB by stout, i do not take offence to images of Nazi flags or an image of Hitler. These things are real existing things. Both Hitler and the Nazi party existed. I am not offended by history or images such from it.

What does offend me however is how Hitler is being portrayed in a positive manner, as a super hero.

Also as far as people affected the most making light of it, i have never in my 30+ years of living scene any survivor make light or jokes about the Holocaust.

Well usually Godwin's Law kicks in and everybody realises how stupid the argument has become. However we started with Hitler, so we're screwed.

Why don't you let those affected speak for themselves?

I am speaking for myself, i am affected.

Also many of the affected (the ones directly affected) are dead.

I would be happy to have a real discussion about what happened to my family.
Feel free to PM me, clearly this is not the best place for such a thing because you yourself told me i am no one champion.

...not being portrayed in a positive light...*facepalm* It's like if Hitler started a league for super villains...they would pose like this and be called the Super Dicks...Totally glossing over the point here.

post the actual videos please rather than a blurb with the word 'humour' in it.

also i am speaking about people in person, not television series and specials.
I have yet to meet any survivor that ever made light of the situation or turned it into humour

how many holocaust survivors have you met and spoken to on the issue?

or do you base all your personal knowledge on television synopsis?

i have been on this board for 5 years and you would be the first person ever of accusing me of trolling (let along trolling the drymounting holocaust)

Not Jewish, but just thinking about my visit to Dachau, over a decade ago, still makes my stomach churn.

Artist should keep the right to be offensive, I think it is a necessity. However, I think Superdick Hitler is insipidly offensive.

I think a Superhero/Superdick of Darren Wilson with 7 or 8 empty casing on the ground below him would have been slightly offensive, but more worthwhile.
