$50 is quite a bit for a food dude.
Not really. Including this one, the last 5 have been at that price point.

Doesn’t change the fact. And I actually picked up the last taco, apparently without looking at the price, lol. Thought that was $35 or whatever they used to be. Definitely pass at $50 for me though. Taco would be too if I paid more attention.

Which food Dude can you currently buy for less that $50?

^ No clue. Never sold one or looked for one on the aftermarket. I do have… probably closer to two dozens of them though (maybe more). Currently have 10 hanging in the kitchen and a few more framed “in storage”. Don’t have any pics on hand, but found one I could crop this from:
Will post normal pics when I am back home next week (if I don’t forget).
Like I said, $50 is a lot for a 8x8 (with about 5x5 or 6x6 image?) giclee, in my opinion. I thought $35 was pushing it.
Oh… also, I bought last blue jay and the taco dude (without looking at the price, apparently) in separate orders and never received a reply to my email asking to ship them together. When the jay arrived with 3 out of four corners being rather soft, never received a reply to my inquiry about that either. I never sent him many emails, but a few that I did were always replied to previously. Last dude named Matthew that worked for him was a good dude. I guess he isn’t there anymore.

Looked at a couple of random Dudes, cheese melt and the roasted chicken (the last two entries on the first page of Dudes). The last sold for a couple hundred or so. One has 12 sales, the other 22. In 6 years. Seems like fun little prints people buy to hang in their kitchens and whatnot. $50 is quite a bit for such prints. In my opinion. But if it works, good for Mike.
