great, thanks....unf, Ken also told me via email that there wasn't a set time or day for a proper book signing set up for Miami...yet. he did say Chuck would be at the show though...so maybe i can get a signature by stalking him...just kidding...really looking forward to the Miami show. it seems Basel is finally getting some of these great artists we all love so much here.jwolfe3 wrote:New book was $75 at the show - I'm pretty sure Ken said they would have some in Miami next week

Chuck's post says limited edition of 500. With an ISBN and it being a book which are commonly made in multiple editions, it can be interpreted either way IMO. As I was typing this I saw the above post, so yeah, I would expect more editions based on demand.
I think someone told me at the NYC show that the 500 edition book was going to be released in small amounts at his upcoming shows like spoke nyc, paris, miami and then the rest will be released online at some point. There also might be a separate open edition that comes out next year.
Not sure how accurate this is, so take it with a grain of salt lol.

First edition is a gold label, signed and numbered out of 500. Staggered release as mentioned.
There will be a second editon later, silver label and that will not be signed.

A PB picked up a copy for me at NYC. I'm curious if anyone else discovered the following issue with the binding? A cardboard strip with cloth ends that I think should have been glued to the inner binding is loose and fell out. So I'm not sure if this is a cause for concern or not.
If you give me your Dryad test print, I will reveal to you the secrets of the universe...some at leastfallstaff wrote:not helpful

Welcome to the sleaze pit
The secrets of the universe might very well be in embodied in Dryad in general and the Test in particular because the complex and richly floral patterning suggests a deeper geometric reality to all things.1000steps wrote:If you give me your Dryad test print, I will reveal to you the secrets of the universe...some at leastfallstaff wrote:not helpful
