Is anybody actually going to camp out overnight for a chance to get a wood?

Not typically a Sperry fan, but after seeing the wood panels at the preview last night, have to admit they look really good.

Sperry's bread and butter is the ink. Just about all of his work looks 1000% better in the flesh.
just a foil for me today, thanks

Having some lunch now to get off my feet from the show.

The Sperry line was very good peeps this morning. People lined up orderly in the lobby where the entrance is. No crazy camping. A small group including myself arrived early but not nuts early. There were only 6-8 people in line most of the time and then a more significant group showed up at around 10:30. I'd say anyone there by 10:00-10:15ish scored a print.

When the doors opened they let people with tickets just head in. Some joker momentarily tried to line jump over the ropes and he got a solid verbal lashing and he got back in line. Tip for anyone going in the next couple days.... don't bring a bag or backpack because they pull you out at the entrance to check your bag. Since the group was nice today everyone maintained the line so nobody got hosed. But it could cost you if others aren't as friendly.

People were orderly and walked to Spoke. Great to see. The woods and variants were gone to the first 6-7 people pretty much and then the regs went. It was over pretty quickly. There wasn't really any VIP type issues etc. Ken ran everything smoothly, with patience and a smile as usual.

Snagged a silver variant am having a great time at the show. Shook hands with my former governor (The Terminator) who was roaming the floor like a regular guy (with bodyguards). Made for a nice day off of work.
