Its not actually the neck that looks like that--her neck is blending into her chest and u cant see her shoulders because of her hair.

The proportions look strange on this one, because of the truncated text. Feels like it needs a 311 somewhere.

I wish the guys who constantly pull out their inner figure drawing instructor would make correctorial comments on other people too. I see things that are uber cringeworthy in the latest additions sections all the time . I'm not seeing the issue . You're suppose to look at the whole artwork not just focus on one part . Ever look at DaVinci , Michelangelo ,John Singer Sargent, shep fairey ? You'd find distortions , abstractions ...." this is not a pipe , only god makes trees everyone else makes abstractions" ..my figure drawing instructor said that to class once

Maybe the truncated format is throwing you off?

I could be wrong, but I read their comment as in reference to the proportions of the print's dimensions, not anything to do with the figure/subject...

thats why the last sentence said format ..... chucks my bud and it bugs me sometimes when anatomy prosecutors shrill away while ignoring some really wonk figure work .
