Wanted to share this Alien fan-art a group of friends and I commissioned from Ruas a few months back. It took a while, but it was well worth the wait.
36x24" screen print w/ metallics.

I'd go with Giger first, but this is about as close as you get to his vision while still retaining some artistic originality. Great commission.finneganm wrote:If I was even remotely into putting an Alien on my wall, that would be it.

this is better than any of the crap Mondo has released (alien-wise).
False, but thanks for trying.celloman85 wrote:this is better than any of the crap Mondo has released (alien-wise).
When I'm done ranting about elite power that rules the planet under a totalitarian government that uses the media to keep people stupid, my throat gets parched. That's why I drink Orange Drink. - BH
I can't tell if I love the title treatment or hate it. Either way, congrats.
Ruas is definitely quite the talent and the two properties you've tapped him for so far have been very smart choices, given his aesthetic.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys. Will respond to PMs later today.
And yeah, his traditional work (all of it) is unreal.
Nope. If anyone wants it I can put you in contact with him. I believe he was charging $3200 US. It's close to 11x17" size.Codeblue wrote:Original is bonkers. Do ya get to keep that as part of the commish?
