Prolly cuz plenty don't know the rates went up, and unless yer sawing tubes or putting em in boxes (and then shipping via UPS) thems the brakes.
P.S. Just noticed it was for an 18x24 so ya a tad high (since a 32" tube likely wouldn't be used), but if ya figure the cost of tube, plus Mitch's time now dat he's a NFT and funko mogul, thems the brakes.

"30 inch" tube is actually a 32" tube.

I assumed you meant that. but didn't want to misquote. and yeah im surprised tube makers haven't pivoted to making 28" tubes or something

Why would they do dat? Then they can't charge extra for custom tubes of dat size. I know some artists like Dave Kloc are already custom ordering.
