I had to read the details a couple of times to really believe these are being released as timed editions. Very happy to see it and as many have said, these are an easy buy for me.

does anyone know if the plexi will be anti-glare, or they would have said it? also, is it worth the price to get a framed version than taking it somewhere to frame?

Says UV plexi and all archival, probably couldn't hurt to pop that question to Static Medium (they're doing the framing as well) - not like there isn't time. :P

No only is it worth it, it's a bargain.

(Assuming the frame job is good and proper (i.e. done by a place that knows what they are doing), for which we have no reason to think Esao wouldn't have his own artwork framed good and proper)

Should also be noted that Esao picked the moulding.

Stray I's listed as 24x24, so Stray II is smaller.

Love both images and the timed edition makes it a stress free purchase. I'm on the fence about the framing though.

The moulding is great, static medium does quality work with the framing, and it's nice to have a ready to frame piece... but all of my other esao prints are matted.

I'm torn as well, but those look really, really nice. And a really great price as well. I'll probably end up going for framed.

Well, with all the money I've sent Esao this week, let's just do another $600 Haha. I love the framing, I think it'll be worth it. I always do museum glass, so I hope this will be up to that quality

Maybe they can accommodate requests to upgrade to Museum glass?

I'm really excited to see everyone so excited! Because, well, we're really excited!

We photographed both originals in house so you can expect nothing but the highest quality on these two. The framing will be done in the same style as Audrey Kawasaki's framed editions. The lip of the frame covers the 1/8" border mimicking the look a framed original painting. The moulding was hand selected by Esao and beautifully complements both pieces. Esao wanted to pass down the savings we get on bulk orders for acrylic and moulding to his customers to make the frame options as affordable as possible. They're an amazing bargain!

We made sure that the height of both prints was 20" so that if you decided to buy both framed editions they could be hung parallel to one another on the wall.

What's more, we've got a slew of fun giveaways and surprises planned for these releases. I won't spoil any of the surprises but I think you'll enjoy them. :D

We would be happy to accommodate requests to upgrade to museum glass. Museum glass for The Hangover III will be an additional $60 and it will be an additional $75 for The Stray II. If you would like to upgrade to museum glass you MUST email us by the end of the day on Monday. Preferably, email info@staticmedium.com since I'm sure Esao will be inundated with other emails all week.

Anyways, that's it for now! More details to come in the next 24 hours.

Looks like a great job, SM. :pint:

For real though, if it's timed you might as well just start the sale now. My patience is super shot at the sight of those two.

I figured we should give everyone 24 hours to have their fire sales and raise some money.
