On my side, still no answer from Metro regarding their replacement policy :-/

But just received an email from them regarding the replacement.

what did Metro have to say re: replacement? i've yet to hear anything from them.

Metro confirmed me they will replace it (and we will have to ship back the damaged print, shipping fee refund). I think they are now in contact with the artist in order to organize it.

Agreed! Such a full on image needs a simple set up so the image just comes through. That looks great. Tempted to float mine but failing that I think I'll be following your lead

Like it as well.
Always great to see pictures of framed prints.

Still hesitating. Mating kind of cut a bit the bottom to me, but overall makes the presentation very clean.
How many cm are hidden?

Single Siren has more to lose with a matte I think. There are colors going to all edges. I'll be at the framers today with my Single to look at float options.

That being said, yours looks great ianpotter!
