Just had a quick search on here and unless I’m mistaken there doesn’t seem to be an Audrey Kawasaki news/drop/general whateverness thread. So I thought I’d start one up. So hopefully this can become the place on EB to discuss all things Kawasaki.
I’m sure many will have known about this but I only just logged in after the weekend to see that
Where I Rest is now up the store as an open edition. Seemed as good a way as any to kick off a thread for Audrey

Audrey is the best. She helped me sand down frames for the papercut show.

I also love that she does TIMED print sales so you can actually get the titles you're after.

Just saying that I would probably fly just about anywhere in the world to attend that show. Scratch "probably." I definitely would.

It's been a hectic few weeks at Jakarta or Bust headquarters (my cottage), so we're a little behind in announcing this, but starting this Saturday — February 18th, 2012 — we'll be holding an online art auction. Calling on an international organization of miscreant artists and engineers, we've pulled every string and called in every favor to make this happen, and it shows in the range and quality of work the artists have donated!
Online auctions will start on February 18th, 2012. For lack of a better online venue, the auction will be held on eBay. Due to our time constraints they will probably all be 5 days auctions.
We're sorry for the rush (and delays in announcing this — yes, we got your emails!), but this whole concept didn't even come to us until about three weeks ago. It's been a mad rush to organize, but we think this will be a great way to bring together people who love creativity to follow along in our very creative charity adventure!
