Catching up : the Pokemon set was an open edition, was it ? With random Pikachus inserted if I'm right. How come the set of 3 "most commons" is selling for so much compared to other of his open editions ? I can't believe the price of the set of 4 in the FS thread.

The set was only for sale for 1 hour. You could only purchase one of the 3, not all three. The Pikachu is only out of 100, with the others being between 700 and 725. The pikachu alone is worth somewhere between 250 and 350.

Thank you for your answer, it makes more sense now. So the people interested in this set actually had to hunt down the two missing + Pikachu if they really wanted to ? Sounds like a lot of work, and a great success for only a one hour sale (/700, holy cats).
I'm not really into it but I must say they're pretty cute !
