You can get Batman for $130 and Finn for about $80 right now. Even at $170 I don't consider Creature that expensive. I'm just saying, nothing from SDCC last year is selling for crazy prices. Also, there is plenty that can be had for cost (all the GOT prints).
Ansin GOT is 80-90 on ebay too, 9 out of the last 11 Finn sales are over 100 (more towards 130-140 now). So six prints (counting reg / var Mononoke + Batman var) that are above cost. Now you can certainly argue that you could've had Finn / Ansin GOT for cost or near it in the aftermath of SDCC as fall turned to winter. So as always folks, patience.
Also, in terms of non-mondo Olly prints, both defective comics and cloud command premiums.

I'm honestly just trying to help people freaking out about SDCC. No reason to pick apart every value of every print from the damn show.
