It might be a touch contemporary but so is illustrating with a digital pad on a computer to make a movie poster.

I just always liked Shreck's name nice and big since it's so insanely ironic that his name translates to something like 'Extreme Terror' or 'Maximum Fright'.

Here is the final reg and variant. Thanks again for all the comments.

The signature might change on both versions as my studio is still under debate as to whether or not I will release these individually or under the studio name.

Just wanted everyone to know that these will be printed very soon. Just determining if we are printing through D&L or if we are using someone closer to home here in Denver.

Next step is ordering tubes, craft paper and then figuring out shipping.

If anyone has some good tips, links, etc. to where I can bulk order tubes and how best to go about mailing these, send me a PM or an email. Thanks hugely in advance.

Update: should be printing near end of this month through D&L. Expect a small run of less than 200 for the reg and 75 for the variant with a joint release in Europe through Dark city. Two metallics and one glow in the dark on the variant and 1 metallic (and not to disappoint) 1 glow in the dark ink on the reg. Both measure 24 x 36 inches. Going all out on my first release. Two Lon Chaney prints in the works after this.

Update: finally got confirmation on printing at D&L second week of August. Expect a release early September. I'll be signing, numbering a d tubing them up before they drop so they'll ship immediately after the drop. Most likely doing a small joint release with Dark City Gallery for my friends in the UK. I have a Hunchback of Notre Dame poster dropping after this most likely in October also. Stay tuned.

Reserve one for me! :D

And as long as you're doing a series on silent horror (long overdue, IMHO), might I suggest Weine's Das Cabinet des Dr Caligari? That flick is practically begging for a great poster.

These are printing this week at D&L. Both with glow in the dark whites and metallics. The red won't really be a true metallic in the variant but I am told it will be 'sparkly'. That sounded pretty good to me.

I am so excited to see these my head is about to burst.

Wow these look absolutely sick! Hopefully I can get my hands on one of these
Also has there been a exact date when these go up? Also are they going up on www.changethethought.com?
