To me the portraits have a ghostly feel of war, and I'm not into war. So, I would lean more toward spitfire as it makes me feel like the kids came out to play on the downed fighter, which in a way is like conquering over war, or at least for a short time there is no battle and they get to play.

To me the narrative/theme is the opposite. The children with all the war clothing and gear are representing an implicit idea of a sanitized version of war... i.e. war is play. They are innocent but yet evoke an agreement without knowing better that war is noble/good/something to be emulated. A very powerful statement to me. Two cents.

EDIT: I'm not into war either but these portraits to me feel like a statement in regards to why so many people implicitly are, because it is normalized.

Both these prints are beautifully done and i know i will kick my self if i dont snag one, but having dropped more money in the last month on prints than i have in the 8months prior my funds are a little tapped out. I do have a 6inch yahoo tube i use has my piggy bank so i think its time to count out all the shrapnel and see if it adds up to $235... :ziggi:

Yeah some weird things going on there. Who knows. You would think it would say sold out.

people are adding 70+ to their carts which is stopping other people getting them. I have raised this point already with Michael. Just keep trying they will free up eventually.
