Just got done in Shoreditch.

I bet it's not very common to be able to capture a Banksy, Invader, D*FACE and Fairey in one camera shot...

Also found a couple Phlegms, a Stik, a couple of Ben Eine.

Ridiculous how much Street art is in that neighborhood.

Get a small group of folks with tight lips. "Buy" everything up. "Sell" back and forth to each other for ever increasing amounts. Create a market based on a perceived value/return on investment and the rest takes care of itself.

Banksy has done a masterful job.

Must have been one hell of a Crystal ball... most of his prints sat for months, if not years, on POW before selling out. drymount, how did I miss this in '02-'06?

No crystal ball needed. We create our own destiny... and market in some cases.

Like MBW, Banksy's prints don't do anything for me. No Ball Games and Be Patient being the exceptions. But as artists, their work is very inspiring.

I actually collaborated with Banksy and MBW once:

For me personally it's his most profound image. But we all have our likes and dislikes of course.
