Would Sotheby's have had insurance on it for the time in their possession?
Possibly it'd be an interesting situation if they did and claimed on it. If Ben Lerner's 10:04 serves, insurance company would then own it as "totalled" and it's end up in a crate alongside the ark of the covenant or an older stout.
