More like Blue is right and the fudge will be sold to the “tru fans”, so none of you will get jack fudge.

Oh, right. So, it's okay for someone else to call this a "performance", but you question my intelligence for stating that he might be correct in saying that?

Why on earth do you think all items ARE available for purchase? Blue could be correct...that this is a "performance" and the only item available for purchase is the one that money goes towards a good cause.
I've always considered Banksy an intelligent artist, it'd be too dumb to have just a mock sale. MOST LIKLEY this is exactly what it says, a sale using a practical question/vetting system (which gives those who enter a chance to personally appeal to the artist rather than a cold lotto) to sell the GDP items.

ps. Good luck y'all

This wasn't a mock sale - folks were able to purchase the mats (afaik). You don't think this is something Banksy would do? Maybe the idea is that not as many folks will be willing to pay for the flip on a mat that doesn't carry his brand/name.

Ah! Didn't know about the GDP label. Same goes, though...the only item going to a good cause.

For 500 pounds, methinks the GDP label will have some sort of Banksy signature. Good cause too.

Yeah, that makes sense to me. Rewarding those that purchased the only item where the money goes to a good cause.
