Ahhh, OK - I get you, Rainbolt. It's because I am still a supporter that I just worry a bit about "speaking out" and the reactions it may garner. I've always loved his work and continue to buy it when available, but I just wish I didn't have these long standing issues and get a bit frustrated by it every now and again.

I don't see anything wrong with speaking out...Especially when Jay has no problem saying how he feels about other people.

It's been what, a year since we have heard anything? I'd just think he should come in and say "It's over, what you got is what you're getting" as that seems about right with how it is right now not hearing anything from him.

Yeah, I'd even take a definitive answer saying that's it, if only for that sense of closure it still brings. As it stands, I still feel that sense that there's something more coming. Especially since that something should be prints for The Apocalypse Trilogy, which I'd kill for (frankly, the promise of that is the main reason why I'm still pressing at this sub at all. Were not for them, I'd have cut this line a while back).

I feel bad because Jay had the best intentions of providing us with a kick ass sub of posters. Mondo came calling and he had to jump on that. He will never be able to fulfill on what was promised. He can't refund us, nor should he. As he has stated before he bit off far more than he could chew when doing this sub.

I will always hold out hope. Here's to all you 9th circle buddies.

Yes that is an option. I was just stating for the people who're worried about it. I've given up hope, hell I even gave up hope on my 2nd sub.

It would just be reassuring to some if he would send an email to us, letting us know if its still going or done with. I assume though its done.

Between this and that crazy Novos sub, I think these have taken the longest I've seen to be fulfilled.

It's weird. Why wouldn't you be more upset/want your money back? You paid for services that were never delivered. Who cares if Mondo called? That doesn't automatically just turn the money you paid into a donation.

Right, and totally admittedly I have no idea what the terms were and how many were sent.

Just sounded from the comments like there were still some that haven't been delivered, and some of the comments were almost sticking up for him basically saying it's okay because something better came along for him.
