I just sent him a note thru eBay (basically stating that if he's going to be a pain in the ass then I will cancel the auction). Also said no refunds or returns. Judging by his feedback not all transactions seem like nightmares, but I'm not shipping until I hear back from him.

It doesn't matter if you say no refunds, if it arrives "damaged", ebay will tell him to return it and he will get his money back.

You're making a mistake. Sure not every transaction of his was a pain in the ass according to his feedback but if you know he can potentially create a huge headache for you, just cancel sale.
