As time goes on, I would expect this to be the norm. If I were him and was dealing with RA, I'd start only signing artist copies. So I was only able to grab the Reg, but it appears the signature was printed as opposed to actually being signed. Curious if the Foil looks the same way?

I agree. With some foils I see, I wonder why bother changing paper type. There is so much thick ink coverage, it really only changes the border. This one looks to have some semi-transparent colors and lots of uninked surface that really allow the foil to shine.
