I want to score an emek from emek like the old days
How old are we talking? Used to be a fuggin nightmare to "score" any posters direct from him. Some people forget or perhaps weren't collecting back then.

I mean i never really had a problem scoring on his site when drops were announced and always used to get emails back when i sent them. I think my first buy from him was the ween smoking brain. Yet another thing in life ruined by the socials

I liked the days when you could email him about a poster and buy it. That's how I got my Velvet Revolver Santa Barbara for $80 shipped

And then they were readily available on Newbury comics site. There was pre-decbemberists whale and post. Really was a different time before then. Emek.NET>>>emekstudios.COM

Back in the olden days I went to one of Emek's shows at The Goodfoot in Portland. Drank way too much and bought maybe 8 of his posters framed by Jason. I think by the end of the night Emek and Jason were both scared of me. But, Jason did a stellar job of packing and shipping all those. Arrived in the frames without a scratch!

No, but I know what you are referring to. That was already stapled up and pre-ripped before I got there.

Nick Cave was the last poster that you could buy multiple copies of I think?

I really need to get that nick cave back in my life. That and the cyberman. Probably my 2 biggest sale regrets. Those or the full set of Willie variants
