I paid $135 for my framed guitar lake. You're right, $195 for this framed is a decent jump.

I feel it's shaddy to raise the price when it's piece which is super popular.
Shady? It's called gauging the market. You know how this works. If they sold it for less the flippers would take advantage.

If you don't like the price don't buy it; but it seems fair enough to me. fudge, the 18x24 version is selling for over a grand on ebay. The 8x10 edition is going for more than $150. So 11x14 printed on wood for $150 sounds fair to me. The last print on wood retailed for $100, so don't hold your breath waiting for $75...

Hello. Does anyone here know if the frame that can be purchased with this wood print come with glass? (I've already sent a question to the company but haven't heard back yet.) If not, wouldn't the print get dusty with time? Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.
Yeah, I guess you're right though I've never owned an oil painting.
Glad I have a week to decide on this!

The last timed edition on wood had an edition of less than 500. I think this new one will sell at least 500 copies based on the strength/popularity of the image.

But, if it were priced at $75 everybody would buy multiples knowing that $ was being left on the table. Therefore the edition may likely double in size as the value drops because 500 EB/Funko dudes are undercutting each other to unload their extras.

I mostly take exception with Emek/Prints on Wood being called shady because they didn't leave enough meat on the bone. Seems like a shady opinion to me...

Does anyone know how the wood print is placed in the frame? Is it easily removable?

Are these signed on the front or back?

Wish these would have been released before Valentines day.

Seahorse is signed on the front and then signed/numbered/doodled on the back.
Guitar Lake is signed and numbered on the front.

Both framed.

Alright, I'm done thinking.
Just bagged one - with the brown frame.
In for a penny, in for a pound.
