I get it... negative space that's all foil... but this one actually works.
I can't stand sparkle foil 9 times out of 9 with lava foil right behind that.
The image is wonderful. Personally I think it's one of the rare times lava foil doesn't look like crap.
It works really well with black.

Emek is one of the few who uses foil correctly... It's difficult to criticize him on much.
I have more of gripe when Sperry uses the same light blue opal and silver paper on almost every project.

I agree Emek uses foil better than probably anyone else out there. I just can't stand lava. Especially when it covers the entire image.

This is probably the only print I've ever liked on lava foil. The lava doesn't bleed through the ink, and it's only visible in a few spots. Really works well, especially as a Vegas print.

But thank you for actually discussing it, and not being a pompous douche like the other people who commented.

How does one score a foil Emek. He's been my fav artist since I got into concert prints and Ive never owned one or been offered one.

P.S. I kind of dig it, but not $90, including shipping to Canada, dig it. Also, I think I am tapped out for a couple of weeks.

they come pre-matted. wonder if it's acid free? i was tempted but the $24 shipping turned me off. for some reason, no interest on dropping $24 on a $40 print but i probably wouldnt complain at all if the print was $400. moral of the story: ill never be happy.
