If there's no activity on your account within a certain time frame, it gets deleted I guess. It's in their T&C somewhere. I've seen other people say that too. You might want to email them about it.
Just sent them a message via their contact form, if I don't hear from them in a day or two, I'm going to call. While I had never used the points, I had regularly logged in and kept adding points, so not sure what the time frame before they delete is apparently not very long!

We actually JUST went through this. Definitely call. We went back and forth on emails for a while, and nothing ever happened. "This is what you agreed to blah blah" is pretty much what we kept getting.

Called, they said the same thing. Asked to speak to a manager, and after a lot of "I don't think any are available right now", they were able to reinstate the points but warned us we needed to add a new reward within 30 days or they'd expire again.

Thanks to everyone for posting about them! I'd been on the hunt for a while. Relieved I don't have to resort to eBay.
Thanks for the head's up. I was able to redeem one. Hopefully, the poster comes in ok. Last time I got the "Iron Man 3" poster from DMR and the edges were busted since the print was jostled around the tube.

+1'ed here. Hope the shipping is okay as well. Got an empty 27x40 frame waiting for it!

I wouldn't have too high of hopes. My TFA was in pretty decent shape but still had some edge damage. I think every poster I've gotten from there has some degree of damage, though. IIRC, they didn't even tape the end caps.

Same here. Even my small lithos have been a little borked.

Yeah, I've gotten little Lithos that have been a little banged up. I'm not expecting a mint poster, but hopefully it's close.

thanks for this heads up - I was sitting at 850 points but hadn't added my Force Awakens points yet so it brought me right to 1000 and nabbed one.

Also, just went +1 on the MitchellxMondo C-3PO

good May the 4th in the end!

C-3PO is pretty neat but that probably wouldn't be the Mitchell SW head I would get.

Is it my eyes or is the perspective on Vaders' helmet a little skew-wiff?

This poster for Rogue One is hanging at my local theater:

Is it just me or is this the LAMEST movie poster ever?! Kind of sums up for me why Mondo got back into the movie poster business. Even a screen capture of the AT-ATs from the preview would have been vastly superior to this! Anything!
