Initially it was sold as a print and two glasses (and the fancy packaging), but since the sale Aaron has mentioned that it will come with a bonus. A COA or something like that.
I think it should come with $400 cash, just to even it all out

It's anyone's guess as to what the bonus elements could be, but the original Rose Shards box set (as described by Shingo six months ago) includes a 9-screen/11-color Eryops Rose print, a custom-designed CoA, two Detritus Japan Edition emblem-etched glassware pieces, a hand-made screen printed box, a Black Osprey screen printed kana obi (belly band?), and exclusive pins and stickers.

First shot of the CoA, the rose shard lettering is for the folio I believe... Either way stoked to see this coming along
