To answer your question, I normally include freebies when it's someone I've dealt with before or if I receive dupes. I already have the micros I received with now so I'll be passing them along.

it really depends on the artist. there are three artist that the extras are normally sold in addition to the prints because of their demand. spusta, mbw, and stout.
