Welker Studio Updates
Recap: line campout started early Thurs, plenty of people overnighted, by show opening line was at 140 at least (only saw numbers up to 140 given out). BNG was kind enough to provide Krispy Kreme for the morning. 50 odd people at a time into the gallery due to space, despite the best efforts of two air conditioners and a fridge full of water, it just stayed warm from all the bodies having had to wait in the heat. Show was packed, poor David's getting surgery Monday so he spent his time receiving kudos while sitting by the table. Slow checkout to start but pretty much picked up speed around the usual time, aka when archive stuff was off the table. Smooth job as always by the BNG crew. Leftovers will go online along with the unreleased Sunset Bus color reg screenprint (run of 300) - only leftovers were the fish and Emergency Landing regs, otherwise the runs of 100-150 sold out. Great, great show.
