I have a lot more respect for the Black Grist set now. Also, oh boy do I want Converge and Dianogah/Helms, and Ghenghis Tron letterpress editions. Whale Bone Grove would be kosher as well :). Honestly most of his stuff would translate well too the letterpressing.

The Black Giest set is in my top ISO, the inks look amazing. Those need to be a suite of there own, I'd be all over it.
I wish I could go to the show but I don't have the cash for it.

The Genghis Tron line art is so good it's making me dizzy.
When I was 7, I thought if you could get a girl to feel bad for you, then she'd like you. I spent two weeks outside of the front steps outside of my elementary rolling in gravel and crying.

Why put out originals when you can just make 15 different variants for every print and make 5 times the money. Seems like a smart business move to me.

That was a Brlsq thing. Since they parted there has been no more than one variant per poster. See Isis and decemberists.

Decemberists had the foil and artist and show version which had different colored skys. Isis had at least 2 variants, the blue and the pacific rim one. So really i guess no more than 2 variants :D .

The "different skys" thing was only the handbills, not the editioned prints.

No more BS&D's either.

They were pulled out for a reason.

Yep. And the different colored skies corresponded to where the handbill was on the uncut sheet. The large print had a blue to gray fade, so the top handbill on the sheet had a blue sky while the bottom had a gray sky. At least that is how I understand it.
