that is right in my drymounting backyard, almost literally :drool: :drool: :drool: (I live on the George Washington campus, right where routes 28 and 7 intersect)

I knew they had a ton of fudge planned for One Loudoun, but I didn't know this was part of it!
We're finally getting a real Alamo (unlike that piece of fudge "drafthouse" in Arlington)? First round's on me, Riot! :pint:
