Not on a Mondo drop but I had one guy tell me he had a buy screen for another drop and could get it for me if I gave him my paypal addy/pass. Kindly turned him down.RiotAct wrote:usually the bolded, although the first way you mentioned could work too if there is a high level of trust between the two parties I guess.cutterbutter wrote:Silly question considering I've been around... But when you all are pb'ing for someone online, do you get on their mondo account and use a gift card for them or do you have the person receiving the print in the end pay the poster price + mondo shipping + shipping from the pb?

When I've pb'd for people, I ask that front the cost of the print+mondo shipping to me. I have them ship it rather than pick it up cuz then I'd lose out on the tube. Once the print is received from Mondo, I inspect it to make sure all is well, then I cover the shipping cost up front to send to the buyer and the buyer will reimburse me for the actual shipping cost. Ive gotten screwed over a couple times by fronting the cash for the initial purchase and then they back out and not want the print, so now I make sure they send the cash for the print first.cutterbutter wrote:Silly question considering I've been around... I got my Rango in the mail today. I wasn't expecting it to have metallic ink. It looks great!
I think someone mentioned earlier that it is an Australian film poster designation of some sort.RobotTails wrote:I'm interested in hearing people's opinions of the giant yellow triangle in the corner.
Seems intrusive to me but maybe I'm missing some "classic posters have this" argument

I was kind of wondering why there's no comma in the 20000. Shouldn't it be 20,000?

Bleh...I want one of these 20,000...it'll probably drop while I'm at lunch though, tends to happen.
