It has to improve *something*...why else would gamers want faster speeds? Maybe I'm just being a dumbass, but this sounds logical to me. No way can you tell me my pc isn't refreshing faster on page uploads.

Someone, please humor me.

Hold the Control key and click the Refresh button on the toolbar. At the top of the tv guide page you'll see the test meter running. Just for the hell of it...do it 3 times and post your speeds.

Mine are:

00:00:11.269
00:00:12.766
Hardee-har-har, it's a wonder I've managed to get any orders in at all:

I'm pretty sure that's the case. And when I had a non paying bidder for an item I once sold, I received the credit and nothing was publicly noted on the buyer's profile (I couldn't leave negative feedback either). Only if he is a repeat offender would there be a penalty of sorts from ebay. I was so irritated...it was so much trouble and so much time waiting...and he basically got a wave of the finger and that's it.

So yeah, long story short I wouldn't be surprised if that above scenario was true. It was my first thought when I saw the two auctions.

I know there are a lot of Star Wars fans in here and i thought you'd all want to know that the site teefury.com has a star wars/batman shirt for sale for the next 24 hours. They put artist designs on shirts and sell them for 24 hours so grab the shirt before it's gone.

yeah eBay and Paypal really favor the buyer nowadays with their policies it seems, I've heard a lot of horror stories from sellers

Pretty much. It's telling you how many seconds it took that page to load. I chose that page because it was so freakin' *busy*.

Comcast same as you. Thing is I live in lower highlands where half the buildings around me are art galleries and cafes, not much internet happening. You're in a complex where I bet almost everyone's got cable hooked in. That fudge crowds up the tubes!

Got the shipping notice this Christmas Eve afternoon on my Olly set. :pint:

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope Santa brings you all everything you want ... and not to sound too cheesy, but I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday!
