The blue and black will work great with "regardless..." and "Elk Guard 10," so I know this one will get framed and hung in the bedroom with the rest of the Danger's. Good luck to everyone on Friday, I am sure it's going to get crazy.
Outta the game? Right at the end? Yeah right dude you know full well you'll be callin out sick from work the day the stout drops :)

This is an awesome entry in the series! Has DD ever even releases a 24 x 36 ? Only thing i can think of is his recent 'intaglio' print.

DD has posted about the SW print on tiny media empire: http://tinymediaempire.com/?p=550

Includes a zoom-able jpg.

Can't even begin to deny that. If a Stout comes out, all else will pause for the day until I get it. I just got carried away at the beginning of this series and starting grabbing all of them, thinking there would be 8-10 total. My McCarthy "Hoth' will get framed for sure, as will the Danger if I can snag one. Obviously, a Stout would jump to the head of the frame queue.

FYI: Gallery 1988 LA was just involved in a screening of the film and group show with prints, shirts, etc.

We definitely need at least one spaceship somewhere in this series.

Also if you look at the run of most other Alamo prints they are usually runs of no more than 200 in general. Atleast that is what I have seen lately, so anything over 200 to me is a bonus. Just my 2 cents.
Of course there has to be a markup. There are extra shipping costs. They need to pay people to coordinate all the orders for them. They have to pay for their own websites and server traffic. But most of the time, those markups are minimal. Danger had no qualms about issuing Jacob's Cabin at 400%. That's all I'm saying here. If I remember correctly, McCarthy sold his Lost World prints at $75. Stout sold his Iron Man 2 at around $48 (or at least that was his original plan), Let the Right One In at $45. Moss sold his set of 8 Roadshow prints for $500, or about $60 per print, so there was a bit of a markup there but also the convenience of getting all 8 at once and not to mention that he has the added cost of having to pay someone in the states for his sales.
I think I remember many of the artists selling their series 1 LOST prints at a market price markup. McCarthy sold his Rousseau's Transmission copies at $175 maybe? Anyone remember? Olly had his Locke's Secret at $200 and that's what Eric Tan did his "Crash" at too. Danger's Jacob's Cabin was in line with the rest (just months and months later is all).

Enough with the LOST talk, back to Star Wars! (and maybe some Mondo horror stuff on Friday too?)

Dan was generous with his markup on his LOST print - he only asked $150 (compared to aftermarket selling at that time of $250+). Tan and Moss were similarly generously priced(at the prices you mention), relative to what they were selling for.

The stand out was Tyler : at the time he sold his , his 'LOST' was going for between $550 - 750. He sold his copies for $70 I think it was(?).What a great guy.

I may be wrong, please correct me if I am, but didn't Danger say somewhere that he was selling his for the aftermarket price to keep "flippers" away. I believe Danger is not too keen on flippers, so he was hoping that fans would pick his copies up from him instead of putting money in others' pockets. I know I personally lined more than a few EBers pockets on eBay buying my "Lost" prints. I'm hoping I am quick enough Friday because I think it'll be next to impossible to get one from Danger's personal copies.

He is very much against flippers. I know in the past sometimes he has tried to figure out people buying and immediately throwing them up on the bay and canceling their order.
