MMMXI is a huge disappointment, imo. glad i didn't buy tickets.
Whoever won that glass variant needs to find the guy that gave up his seat and thank him monetarily. I can guarantee if I gave up my seat for you to sit next to your girlfriend I would have been leaving there with that glass variant. Sucks for the guy who was nice enough to give up his seat, I'm amazed he didn't push the issue when the show was over.pisker wrote:Also, does anyone have a picture of what that one super glass variant of this looked like?

I think the snow globe idea would have worked well for Home Alone.

Not sure where you're getting your info from, but he gave up his seat for my wife. The detonator was under my seat which I had the whole time. It may have looked bad but the detonators were under my seat and not hers.Sceazy wrote:Whoever won that glass variant needs to find the guy that gave up his seat and thank him monetarily. which resulted in nice prints (like AWiL and Attack the Block) being available for cost or less afterwardsbert wrote:This reminds me a bit of the Stout/Taylor show - good work being fudge on because it can't possibly live up to the frenzy of hype that has been whipped up.
After sleeping on it...I think the snow globe is a cool/clever concept for the film. It takes place in LA where there isn't any snow and this does a good job of conveying the holiday setting of the film and a clever portrayal of the famous glass scene. Obviously my opinion, but I think it works well as an alternative movie print (but for the drymounting quote and billing block of course!)bulkhead72 wrote:I think the snow globe idea would have worked well for Home Alone.
